Effect of Moral Intentions, Organizational Commitment, Professional Identity and Grant of Reward for Disclosure of Fraudulent Behavior with Islamic Ethics and Cultural Organization Working as a Moderating Variable

چکیده
This study aims to examine and determine the effect of moral intentions, organizational commitment, professional identity rewards for disclosure cheating behavior with Islamic work ethics culture as a moderating variable. research is quantitative descriptive approach. The sample used in this was employees Makassar Syariah branch BNI. total amounted 72 using purposive sampling techniques. data analysis method uses multiple regression absolute difference value results indicate that have positive significant influence on fraud behavior. related variables, variables only act relationship intentions Whereas variable fraudulent are not moderated by ethics. Furthermore, proven moderate intention also commitment culture.
